K-Style Fins: Heavy Duty for Shallow Waters ![]() Famous name, excellent product: Austrian Karl Kraus (!!) manufactures fins ("K-Style") especially for those, who never again want to see their fin damaged after having touched the ground on shallow windsurfing territory. How come? Kraus uses steel edges (see pic) for both his coated (90 Euros) and Carbon finish (120 Euros) fins. Kraus' undestroyable fins are available for US box and powerbox boards in sizes 19,5/21/22,5 and 24 centimetres. Plus: The performance of these fins is excellent. Having tested them on freestyle boards on a freestyle/freeride spot we found the K-Styles to be a great addition to any freestylers quiver bag. The fin provides a lot of early planing power and still feels very "loose" in order to perform all these nice freestyle moves. K-Style fins are an invitation to the advanced freestyle sailor, who wants to plane early and asks for a long lasting solution. http://www.artbrushing.at/start.htm posted by editors at 11:22 PM |

Save Middles/Denmark
Danish windsurfers asking for help: "Please Help us! Middels near Hanstholm and Klittemoeller is about to be ruined by a large harbor expansion for a windfarm. The new area will be 1,1 km and 130 m into the ocean. This means that the Spot Middles - Fiskemelen will desapear! That is why we need you to sign the form and help us collect as many names possible!" posted by editors at 11:36 PM |
